When the water boils, add the peeled, raw, ground
almonds. Boil a little longer, then take the
mixture off the stove and add the two egg yolks.
Stir well and knead a little.
Make small balls with a hole in the middle.
Place the Malabar gourd preserve, «ovos moles»
and «fios de ovos» in the hole which is then
covered with some of the mixture.
