Gourd Preserve Cake
grs of sugar ;
grs of husked almonds ;
grs of powdered chocolate ;
grs of Malabar Gourd Preserve ;
the eggs and the sugar until they thicken, then
add the ground almonds (unpeeled), the chocolate
and finally the Malabar Gourd Preserve.
Pour the mixture into a well buttered tin that
is lined with grease-proof paper that has also
been buttered, and bake in the oven.
Decorate to taste.
